Our Policies

Your massage therapy session is reserved especially for you once you book your time.  We respectfully ask that if you need to cancel or change your session, you provide us with at least 24 hour notice.


To accommodate your desired time with our therapists, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas when you schedule your appointment.


Our therapist have scheduled your time which means that no one else can have that appointment time with our therapist. To that end, please understand that if you cancel your service with less than 24 hours notice, you are subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. If you provide no notification and do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
